THE TASKS
– You will help to handle new and existing customer projects.
– You will analyze, define and optimize the intralogistics processes of our global customers and support them throughout the entire project.
– You will work on overall logistics solutions and create IT specifications, warehouse organization and supply chain concepts.
– You will map our customers’ processes in EPG | LFS and, together with the customer, ensure the quality of the overall IT system through test management.
– You will act as an interface between the specialist departments and our customers, record requirements and implement them together with our software developers (customizing).
– You will pass on customer-specific requirements to software development for the implementation of new developments.
– As part of project management, you will take on planning, coordination and commercial tasks.
– You will also advise customers on products and services relating to logistical issues.

THE REQUIREMENTS
– You have a degree (Bachelor, Master, etc.) with a focus on computer science/economics/logistics, have successfully completed an apprenticeship or have several years of experience in logistics.
– You have an affinity for IT and, in addition to your structured approach, you have experience in operational (intra) logistics in process management.
– You have a high motivation to design and enjoy analyzing and improving customer business processes and implementing them in our EPG software suite.
– You have experience in project management, work confidently and solution-oriented and, as a team player, also enjoy working in larger project teams.
– You have a high willingness to travel internationally and impress our customers with your strong communication skills.
– You round off your profile with good English skills; ideally, you have knowledge of another foreign language.
