Your mission: As a consultant for our warehouse management software (WMS), you are responsible for introducing our software solutions to customers. You accompany the entire project - from concept creation to training and project monitoring - and work closely with our technical team to implement tailor-made solutions. - You introduce our software products efficiently and mostly remotely, always close to the customer's needs. - You support our customers in business and technical questions in order to get the best out of our software. - You analyze customer requirements and implement tailor-made solutions. You have experience in handling agile projects. - You conduct workshops and training courses that make our customers fit for the digital future. - You support the support center with your knowledge and ensure quick solutions.
