As a system integrator, we take on the planning, production, implementation and maintenance of distribution centers - from mechatronics and robotics to control and software. More than 4,500 employees in Europe, Asia and America impress with their competence and solution orientation. The owner of the TGW Logistics Group is the TGW Future Private Foundation. Would you like to take responsibility for the intensive support of our existing customers and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and company success? As a Key Account Manager, you are the central contact person for our customers throughout the entire after-sales process and ensure that our customers receive optimal support. Your job is to strengthen customer loyalty, identify optimization potential and successfully shape long-term partnerships.

WHAT WE DO
Proactively responding to customer needs and targeted solution optimization
Responsibility for performance, results and customer satisfaction in our own customer base
Recognizing modernization potential, initiating implementation and supporting services in the implementation phase
Central contact person for topics such as spare parts, maintenance services, repairs, training, hotline and on-site services
Escalation authority for operational topics in day-to-day business
WHAT CONVINCES US
Technical and business understanding as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in intralogistics or mechanical engineering
Sound knowledge of contract law and negotiation skills in customer contracts
Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills as well as assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative paired with reliability and cost awareness
Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of French and/or English
